Complete System Control
This system completely automates the system from start to finish. The system allows multiple channels of data acquisition. Automated light control, heat blanket controls for control of the surface temperature of the instrument panel. With an eight zone heat blanket and control system fully developed and test by Highly advanced Technologies, LLC. This system also allows for control of the environmental chamber through our software. The high speed camera software was also fully developed for this customer to allow for full integration into this system to allow for camera setup, download and video processing. Using a multi threading process we can download and process four video as fast as we can do one.


Environmental Chamber Controls

With our expertise in many areas we can provide complete solutions for your needs. In this system we have tied the chamber controls to the airbag center that allow for monitoring and control from our software no matter who the chamber manufacturer is.
This also allows us to provide a delayed starting mechanism to allow for test setup and run at different times with no operator interaction. You can set up the test the night before set the timers and the chamber and data acquisition will start. Come in the morning and your test is ready to deploy.

Heat Blanket Controls
We have a standard single zone heating blanket system or the eight zone heat blanket control system that allows the operator to hold the temperature across the full instrument panel to any temperature for eight independently controlled locations across the instrument panel. One or more of the zones can be turned off or adjusted to different temperatures. This allows for more precise temperature control.

High Speed Camera Software
Modified to work with your existing high speed cameras. Our software currently work with many of the industries top high speed cameras. Having this modular software package allow for quick easy integration to any application that requires high speed camera footage.

Database Module
The database module can be added to any software package that we develop. It holds any type of data that you can throw at it. It was specifically designed to work with pre and post pictures, videos from multiple cameras, raw data files and any other data types such as CAD or FEA data files. We have also developed an common reporting format and export tool that opens MS Excel and drops the data in plots the graphs and gives a summaryy file of the search that was done. This save puts all of your testing data right at your finger tips.
