Complete Automation:
 This system practically runs itself. With very little operator interaction this system turns on the light checks that the cameras are ready, deploys the airbag stages independently downloads the cameras and makes the video. The optional database module allows for quick storage the the data for retrieval of the pre and post set up pictures, the data file and videos with no operator interaction.

Complete System Control
 This system completely automates the system from start to finish. The system allows multiple channels of data acquisition. Automated light control, the high speed camera software was also fully developed for this customer to allow for full integration into this system to allow for camera setup, download and video processing. Using a multi threading process we can download and process four video as fast as we can do one.

Daily Drop Test Verification

We have a built-in software package that will allow the operator to run a drop verification. All drop tests are recorded and stored for future use.

This system provides feedback for the operator to be notified if a parameter is out of specification for the drop test. It will also notify the operator what is out of spec so that it can be corrected.

All information is stored and passed on to the main program to track what head and head skin was used for the testing. The user is also prompted if it has been longer than 24 hours since the last test.



Automated Accelerometer Calibration and Filter Check
 We have taken the complicated calibration process and turned it into something that anyone can do. With this system the operator connects the master accelerometer and a shaker and our system does the rest. The accelerometer calibration is done as well as the SAE J211 filter roll off check. Calibrations have never been so easy. This modular software package can be integrated into any system that has accelerometers.



High Speed Camera Software
 Modified to work with your existing high speed cameras. Our software currently work with many of the industries top high speed cameras. Having this modular software package allow for quick easy integration to any application that requires high speed camera footage.



Database Module
 The database module can be added to any software package that we develop. It holds any type of data that you can throw at it. It was specifically designed to work with pre and post pictures, videos from multiple cameras, raw data files and any other data types such as CAD or FEA data files. We have also developed a common reporting format and export tool that opens MS Excel and exports the data, plots and lables the graphs and gives a summary file of the search. This module puts all of your testing data right at your finger tips.
